Poor business practices. If you shop here, beware. the owner is nice and helpful at first but if you try to return a product with legitimate reasons, she scoffs and makes you feel bad. i returned an unopened product and was given the run around and i tried returning another product that should have been taken off the shelf according to the product’s customer service line. the owner refused to listen to me and refused a refund and walked away. i have bought so many products from them but i’m not shopping there again. i’m looking for real professional customer service. you won’t get it at goodness

My favorite salad bar. 2012 update: my previous review is no longer valid. After they relocated to Goodness Grocery, this place is a pale shadow of its former self. I never go there anymore. It’s sad, because it used to be a favorite.October 03, 2008Soup Garden has been my favorite salad/soup/potato bar in Atlanta for many years. I keep going back for their consistent quality at a reasonable price, and the cozy mom-and-pop atmosphere. In addition to having the best recipe I’ve ever tasted for honey mustard salad dressing, Soup Garden stands out for its unusual offerings. In addition to the usual bacon bits, croutons and sunflower seeds, try topping your salad with Cheez-Its, french fried onions, and shoestring potatoes. As for desserts, I love their soft, spicy gingerbread. The vegetables are fresh and crisp, and I have always found the staff friendly without being intrusive. I suppose my one minor quibble is sometimes feeling obligated to leave a tip when everything is self-serve except for the beverages, but I like this place, so that’s not a deterrent for me. It’s a great lunch getaway if you’re in the vicinity of Cumberland Mall.
