Wow is all I can say for this eclectic hole-in-the-wall BBQ joint. Probably the best pulled pork I’ve ever had. The sauces were amazing and I encourage you to try the all. The collard greens were good but I eat greens with hot pepper sauce, which they didn’t have. Other than that, I walked away very full and even more impressed. Will be back very soon and will tell many others to go as well.
Heirloom barbeque is incredible and unexpected. It combines traditional, exquisitely smoked meats with homemade sauces and a Korean twist, for a unique protein packed encounter you won’t get anywhere else. I would strongly recommend the sweet and smoky Korean pulled pork sandwich. The drinks are good, featuring homemade lemonade and jasmine tea. Some of the standout sides include striking korean sweet potatoes, meaty chili, and spectacular mac and cheese.
After seeing a special on this place on food network, I decided to stop by. I should’ve read before hand that there is no real seating, only standing tables. However this small fact didn’t detract from the delicious food. I had to Korean pork with collards and baked beans. It was a great meal and I definitely plan on going more.
I have the good fortune of having this incredible BBQ joint in my backyard and have been enjoying it since the day it opened. It isn’t easy to park and be prepared to stand or take your grub to go…. But it is well worth it.
First don’t go expecting, like we did to sit and eat. There is a few places to stand and eat outside but nowhere in or out to sit.The Korean pulled pork was excellent – might be a little spicy for some but was perfect for me. The brisket was fall apart tender. I really enjoyed the BBQ pinto beans as well. The veggie of the day was Korean sweet potato – it sounds interesting but really left me wishing I had chosen something else.
Best BBQ in the area. I bring coworkers here all the time. Other than trying the brisket sandwich, my main recommendation is to get there a little early for lunch because parking is tight.
