Regular Customers . Address Confirmed . Over An Hour Later. We Never Took Your Order. We are regular clients with the location on Smyrna Georgia, We ordered a pizza tonight from the manager on Duty. This is the third time this has happened. Order lost! We were told that our pizza would arrive in 30 minutes. Our number, or address and our name was repeated to us… When we called back after an hour and ten minutes to find out where our delivery was, we spoke with someone else but could hear the manager who took our order in the back ground telling him to offer us a discount to re-order. Obviously realizing he had dropped the ball… We told him at this point if they brought us a pizza it would have to be free. They said no. I then had to call back twice after being put on hold for 10 minutes to get the manager on the phone. He then stated that when we called they were extremely busy, ( I guess that was his way of saying maybe they screwed up) but then he went on to say, they never took the order. I told him that I would take this up with corporate.. He said, do it! ** Is this really who you want representing your brand? Until changes are made, we are done!!

Yummy!. We decided to give this place a try after seeing the delivery car come to homes in our subdivision many times. We tried the 8 corner pizza and we were hooked. Two deep dish, square pizzas give it a total of 8 crispy corners, topped with a light tomato sauce and lots of cheese. And they always have coupons on their website. It’s good, fast, and filling. Plus, you can even order online!
Just an average pizza. I am from Chicago and I love pizza. I like to order veggie pizza because the aromatics just make the pizza awesome. I am new to Smyrna area and these restaurants are really quite lackluster. In search of a pizza place unlike the chains I tried Jet’s but damn was it just stale. They are skimpy on the ingredients and the crust was a little burnt. Now, i know that certain crusts like with mor sugar tend to brown easier but presentation means something. I was definitely not impressed and I won’t be returning again, unless desperate. I look forward to trying some other pizza places in the area.
Great!. Refreshing change from Pizza Hut and Pappa John’s. Loved that they sold salads too! Their rectangle pizza was VERY filling!
Not Worth the Trouble. As far as I can tell, these guys have the worst customer service in the business (at least in my zip code). Either I get left on hold for an hour trying to place an order, or they screw up my order and force me to pay extra (no offer to remake a pizza, no offer to sell me the pizza at the expected price). The manager at the Smyrna store (on S Cobb Drive) needs some instruction in customer service. After two tries, i’m ready to give up on Jets Pizza. For crappy pizza that is no better than dominoes or pizza hut, its not worth the trouble.
