This Taco Mac needs help. We go here because it is the closest to us but once we move, we will not return. We have been to so many Taco Macs and our most frequented/favorites are Kennesaw and Canton. The Vinings location’s management needs to take a lesson from those two. We never had an issue with any Taco Mac before this one. It takes forever to be seated when there are clearly open tables available. Food takes forever to be brought back to you and the wings are almost always overcooked. You wait even longer for a drink. They are always understaffed and we always see the bartenders literally *running* around trying to keep up with drink orders. I suggest you try another location until significant changes are made to this location.
Good food, great beer selection, but terrible service. I’ve always enjoyed Taco Mac, mainly for the beer selection, but also the decent food. I’ve been to maybe 7-8 different locations and I would have to rank the service at this Cumberland location at the bottom. The staff was polite enough, but everything was super slow and mix ups were aplenty at a time when the restaurant was barely half full. I will say though, that the batch of fish and chips I had here was among the best I’ve had at Taco Mac, but still, it’s hard to overlook the painfully slow service and silly mix ups.
Rude!!!. Extremely unfriendly and unprofessional from the host to the bartender to the manager on duty who just makes excuses for their lack of competence. Only because my kids have wanted to experience the new TMac!
