South Houston Lake Location was great!. I had a great meal at the South Houston Lake Location the staff was very friendly the service was fast and the food was very good I had the chicken it was moist and had a good flavor the Cole slaw is the best I’ve ever had. The baked beans where really good the flavor was over the top even the tea was just right. You will not be disappointed. Can’t wait to go back and try the ribs my daughter in law said they where great!
Bad. Came in with my family and ordered. Staff wasn’t real friendly or busy. Ordered chopped chicken and was cold. I sent it back to receive the same cold chicken. Ate it anyway and prayed I won’t be sick. My husband tried it and confirmed the temp. The BBQ was awful. The only thing that was good was the corn nuggets. They were hot. Will not go back.
I’ve new to the area and was very happy with the bbq but I’ve had a few issues with customer service. My 2nd time I was told I could not get military discount because she had already rung up the order. My 3rd time I came during my lunch break and ended up waiting for 30min. and after approaching the staff for the 3rd r time about the wait it was discovered that my ticket had been misplaced and no-one had put together my food. They finally got it ready while they argued loudly amongst each other about whose fault it was among other things. Then I was given my food with a half hearted sorry and no offer of a dessert or anything . I can definitely say i won’t be coming back anytime soon.
Coleslaw was Excellent. Went there for lunch today and I had the pulled pork sandwhich with coleslaw and baked beans. First off their coleslaw is Awesome, best I’ve had in Georgia. The pork sandwhich and baked beans were good too, but their coleslaw was on another level completely, wtg guys. One con, they are alittle pricey, but they do have have a military discount!
Great job!. Martin’s BBQ catered my husbands military retirement party. The experience as a whole was fantastic. From planning out what we would need with mr. Martin all the way to the nice pick up of supplies they provide. The planning was easy and well organized, Mr. Martin even had my husband pop in during his drill weekend to let him sample all the food we would be serving, thus providing my husband with a free lunch that day. Needless to say he loved everything offered. On the actual day of the event Mr. martin made phone contact with me to reassure and worries I may have had as well as letting me in on the game plan. The food was plentiful and a big hit, we had the ribs, brisquet, and chicken as well as the sides potato salad, cole slaw, beans and banana pudding. Because my husband loved the sausage so much mr.Martin added a little container of sausage just for my husband and he was thrilled. Unfortunately there was a ton of food left over, as mr. Martin advised it has frozen perfectly and reheats just as delicious. We have had it for dinner all week. I have to say that the item that received the most compliments and went the quickest was the banana pudding, I thought for sure would be the ribs. So if you haven’t tried the banana pudding at martins please do at the advice of all our guest, It went so quick that I did not get a sample of the delicious treat. So to wrap this up we are very pleased with the food and service that martins BBQ provided for our big celebration, I think we even introduced the unit to a new food spot.Thank You again Martin’s BBQ.
Best I have ever had. Hands down some of the best BBQ I have ever had. Everything is made fresh daily and I have never had anything that was not top notch. Don’t miss out on it.
