I hadn’t been to this Ruby Tuesday in a long time. Now I know why. The service was horrible! The crab cake I ordered did not taste very good. Too much fillet and not enough crabmeat. Waitress kept forgetting to bring drinks and the biscuits we asked for. The manager apologized and said they weren’t expecting the crowd. What crowd? If he considers 8 tables a crowd, then they must do horrible business
So sad…. I used to get coupons to Ruby Tuesday for B1G1, so I’d make a point to go (as I’m an admitted coupon whore). Anyway, I always found the food to be pretty darn good, the salad bar to be excellent, and the service to be ok. Well, this all changed about a year ago. I’ve been there a few times since whatever it was that caused this change, but the food is just plain lousy, the portions are smaller, and the salad bar isn’t as good as it used to be (the ingredients are not so fresh). The service is still ok. The last time we went, he knew it wasn’t good so he gave us the salads and replaced my horrible spaghetti squash with more fries (ugh). Anyway, it looks like I won’t be back to this location, no matter what kind of coupons they offer. It makes me sad to see an expired coupon, but it makes me even more sad to spend any money at all on food this bad.
Large group. We had a group of 30 heading back to Atlanta from a high school competition – this Ruby Tuesday’s was able to accomodate us with 30 minutes notice – they cleared an area for us so we wouldn’t bother other customres – they were very friendly and efficient – we appreicated their gracious hospitality on such short notice.
Just to update…still not good. Why are the salad plates ALWAYS dirty? And also that apple salad has tasted fermented the last three or four times. The waitress this time admitted it wasn’t made that day. What the whaaat??11 Jun, 2011Turnaround like a ferris wheel. I don’t know if the manager changes and then it all goes to pot, or if it goes downhill and then they get a new manager. all i know is, everytime we go someone else is running things. and they cannot handle busy. the more people, the crappier the service.
Way below RT standards. Salad bar was not fresh and the bathroom was very dirty.
Tuesdays. Service is — blah. The food is over priced and the menu has been cut down a lot over the years… seems like its not as busy as it used to be either. I like the salad bar. No complaints there — but I wouldnt frequent this place.
Not a fan. I’ve eaten here about 4, maybe 5 times, never by my choice, but that of my friends’. Each time, the food was either cold, stale, or not too tastey. Also the very last time i ate there the service was fairly poor. Drinks took about 15 minutes after empty to be refilled, it was a slow night too.
