Screwed up my order again! I’ve ordered the same thing, chai tea latte, venti, no water, soy milk, and no foam all over the world and only ever had it done wrong in WarnerRobins. Repeatedly.
Long wait times. If you’re looking for classic Starbucks customer service (fast, helpful, happy to fix mistakes and make the customer happy) I would go to Starbucks in Macon. It might be better if there was another Starbucks in Warner Robins, but as it is, the wait times can be ridiculous! I’ve waited more than 20 minutes in the drive thru before, just to be given the wrong drink!
