The best!. By far, my favorite Japanese restaurant! Have been going there for several years and I always have great service and GREAT food! Real fried rice, too, not just white rice cooked in teriyaki sauce like some restaurants
Terrible. Sushi was awful no taste. The hibachi was also nasty sauce sucks and I know good Japanese service was average no personalties.

When we came in we were seated immediately, but after that it was like we had been forgotten, we waited 30 minutes with waitresses walking past, not even looking our way, needless to say our drink nor food orders were never taken. We left in a huff! We won’t be going back. If they had been busy at the time we would have understood, but they weren’t busy at all. This was an awful experience.
Love Zens. I have been going to Zen for years. Absolutely love it. I love the house salad, love the yaki ni ku.. The only think I wish was that it was served at night time as well instead of only during lunch hours. My husband and I go to several date nights together there and we will continue. 🙂
Worst service ever..!. We were seated immediately then waited 15 minutes only to tell one of the servers that nobody had been over to our table.When the server finally came over she was not friendly at all.! Only to take our order and rush off. She came with our drink orders which she got wrong and we didn’t see her for 30 minutes or better..She dropped our food off and never saw her again….our drinks where empty never to get refilled until I asked another server to find our server. Food was not great, it smelled and the floor was sticky….it just felt dirty.Would not waste your time or money, very poor quality…
Always Good. The food and the service are always top notch. The muong cha is really great!
