I have lived in Woodstock for 5 years and NOT one time have I come to this Wendy’s and gotten everything I ordered in the way I ordered it!!!! Five years…….terrible customer service and below average food. Don’t bother.
Old Fashioned, Not out dated. The fresh meat slogan on the commercials don’t lie, Wendy’s officially beats out McDonald’s and Burger King for having the best of its kind. The Baconater, for example, is one of the more underrated sandwiches and should be ranked with the Big Mac and Whopper in advertising terms. The new naturally cut fries are truly a delight and better than the fries at most fast food joints, dry and soggy. The other options on the menu aren’t bad either.
Worst Fast Food Service. I have frequented this fast food establishment about 5 times. Each with the hope that it would improve. Shame on me. All 5 times there was something wrong with my order…ex., cheese left off, small chili instead of large chili. Each time I have a receipt showing the correct item ordered but I show them that I have received something else. Managers at this location are fantastic but the employees have attitudes that are less than sunny.
