Don’t get delivery or as take away. The only way to eat it is at the restaurant. I wouldn’t consider it the greatest Mexican food. However, considering that we live on an island with no Mexicans running the Mexican restaurants, it’s not bad. It’s also not super expensive.
Bland food, Canned beans, flavorless rice.. I ordered the El Charro Burrito plate and left the restaurant upset. The El Charro is a wet burrito, meaning it comes topped with a Salsa similar to enchilada sauce. The sauce that this burrito was smothered in tasted like Spaghetti Oh’s. It was disgusting. Additionally, when eating at a Mexican restaurant the beans and the rice (staple foods) should not taste like they came from a can. The rice was not seasoned and the beans were dried out and pasty. The bill was about $18.00 which, I felt, was ridiculous. I would sooner pay someone $18.00 to punch me in the face than to order that burrito again. If you want good tasting Mexican food, go the restaurant called Mexico, in Kalilhi. You will not be disappointed.

This is the best Mexican food on the island, bar none. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly.
Real as it can get!. This restaurant has it all that a good mexican restaurant can have. The cheff is mexican and they cook for all taste. If anyone say diff they do not know what they are talking. The food is not salty is true or spicy, neigher it is in mexico in any good mom cocina… You put as much salt and spicy as you want and that is great. They have from homemade Mole to the California fries for the mexicali people. I am from Mexico and Mexico is BIG and there is all kind of salsas, rice style, Mole, etc The Chile relleno that they have is excelent and remains me to the chiles I help to peal when I was a child…By the way they have real good panqueques w/ dulce de leche like my mom made it too, yamy, delicioso!!!
