I’m in love with the Shirokiya food court in Ala Moana. The food vendors are extremely unassuming there, but they’re quality shops. Take Hokkaido Ramen Tokachiya.Solid broth, decent noodles and tons of ingredients loaded into the soup. It’s incredibly filling. The corn ramen was loaded with corn and given a huge slice of butter. The butter flavour alone was strong against the sweet corn you were forced to have in every bite.I was pleasantly surprised and glad we stopped by to get a bite from this vendor.
