This place is great for happy hour. You can can get dishes and drinks ranging from $3 to $5Plus the portions are decent for what ur spending. Got the dynamite fries, the octopus balls, garlic edamame, junior ramen, Asian nachos and of course their famous honey toast.Great place to have during happy hour for sure and the staff is really nice.
Really enjoyed this place for a group gathering. The restaurant is big, with several different seating areas, and they could easily accommodate our group of 10. We were there on a Friday and there was plenty of waiters/waitresses so we were never waiting for service, and our waitress was very nice and accommodating of our random ordering schedule and people joining our table – so thankful you for that!! Of course the honey toast was amazing – we tried both flavors. Atmosphere was sleek and cool, trendy, and the restaurant felt very clean. The happy hour pricing was only available outside, which we were all disappointed about (we wanted to sit inside). Still the drinks were good and not too pricey actually (I like the Vodka Sodas – very refreshing and light!). Overall totally enjoyable experience – I will definitely be back.
Kusai Kudasai Roll. Delicious26 Mar, 2015Mermaid Roll. It’s my favorite! Try it!
Try the lobster dynamite roll!. Wow. I love sushi and this place was amazing. The food, the service the decor… All of it was great. I read on here that their honey toast was amazing and it was indeed. We had the cinnamon and condensed milk one.. We ordered the condensed milk on the side so that we could dip the bread in it… So much better. I was amazed by their lobster top dynamite roll and their volcano roll. Oh and the Ramen was perfect. With everything g being so good, I was super excited for the honey toast because any one of those rolls could have been what they were known for. UT instead it is the honey toast. Warning! The toast is huge so save room… This place was so good, I had it twice while I was in Honolulu.
Fantastic food at a really modest price. Our waiter was consistently attentive and very helpful in guiding us through the busy menu and recommending dishes we should opt for. We indulged in a ‘tapas style’ range of dishes that we shared between two of us. We’d highly recommend the tofu, tuna sushi with fried sushi rice, char shui and scallops with garlic. To die for! Seriously good value for money and a really good standard of food. All in all the meal only cost $65 including 2 beers. Highly recommended!
Dropped on for dinner with my wife. Took seats at the bar and the two bartenders (Yooey and Crystal) were quick, courteous, and funny. The food was delicious, but we weren’t prepared for the size of the dessert. Price was less than expected and we will definitely be back
Happy Hour. Great happy hour! I only wish they would add sashimi to the happy hour menu
