As huge followers of man vs food and those types of shows we came here as it was on the list! The bbq ribs and fried rice were super tasty but the service was pretty average considering the amazing service received here in Hawaii this far! It was not explained to us that the meals were family sized, that sides are not included or that the meal sizes are huge until we came to order then it was a bit of a fluster to order. Warranted its a busy place but the service could of been a bit more on the attentive side – clearly we arent from around here Aussie accent is beaming
This restaurant lived up to its reputation. Looked a bit dodgy from the street and location but once inside we were reassured by it being packed with locals and tourists. The waitress warned us the servings were large and she was right! I had the bbq pork ribs which were melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Luckily I didn’t order any sides or I wouldn’t have been able to finish them. My friend had the fried chicken which came with a mound of fries. Drinks were well priced and overall the meal was good value. Good menu with local specialties.
