This was one of my favorite restaurants I stopped in during my stay in Kauai. It is run by a delightful lady and her husband and the food was excellent. I tried the Saimin, which is basically fresh ramen noodles with bok choi, scallions, half an egg, these amazing dumplings and grilled pork. I came back the next day and had a teriyaki steak sandwich which was also awesome. If you are headed north towards Princeville or the top of the island, definitely stop in and support these folks.
