Terrible service. Ordered company lunch was told to pick up in 20 minuteswent there after 30 minutes just to be surestood there waiting for one hour and 10 minutes!no sorry or apology or anythingof course they collected money in advance so we had no choice but to wait
Ok, grew up in NYC, had pleanty of dim sum in my days. Foodwise, very good, servicewise, didn’t really like the service, wasn’t really offered more dim sum enough and found myself looking for the waitress for more food. Overall, I liked it and will go again… Just for the food.. Yum!
The food was ok, but I have never in my life been stopped before I exit to be accosted about a tip. With how the waitresses acted I didn’t feel they deserved one. Some white people can speak Chinese, ladies. Your comments are not lost on us. I would happily tip the chef, but not the service staff.
Absolutely love it!!!! Always make it a point to stop there when I’m on Oahu. Their crispy garlic eggplant is sooo yummy!!! I was just there and stopped by twice durin my 4 day visit
Yucky. I’ve been Mei Sum restaurant several times trying to give it a chance, but each time it just seemed to disappoint me more. The food is tasteless and pretty much every dish tastes the same no matter what you buy. I have to say though that the stir fried green beans with ground pork is the only dish I would buy. Another thing is that even though I go and buy the same thing every time, the prices are never the same. I normally order by phone for take out and give them over 20 minutes not once has my order been ready when I picked it up. They can’t tell me they’re busy, because generally when I go the restaurant is rarely busy. The food is very expensive and doesn’t taste all that good.
Quite good. Not as many options as some larger dim sums.
Yum Yum. I really like eating here. One item really blew me away, the Fried Garlic Eggplant. I haven’t found that anywhere else but it is fantastic. Overall good food, portions and service. But like others say, unless there is an event in Chinatown I’d stear clear after dark.
