Amazing food! If you want to get out of Waikiki for some great food (and no waiting) this is the place. Me and my wife both had the felet and lobster tail(see pic). Happy Mother’s Day.
Tiramisu. Awesome09 Nov, 2014Seafood Trio. Excellent09 Nov, 2014Resturaunt epic. My wife and I recently ate at Resturaunt Epic and very pleased with everything we ate. I at first thought a restauraunt in china town sounds a little shady but not at all. First up we had the Pan seared crab cakes along with the kalua pork spring rolls. The crab cakes were not over season and cooked evenly. The kalua pork spring rolls were surprisingly excellent the flavor was well balanced . Next up we had the seafood trio and the rib eye steak. The seafood trio had a nice presentation and well rounded flavor the shrimp was a little over cooked. The steak was cooked evenly I had meadium rare. As well as not over bearing on the seasoning just a simple salt and pepper. But unfortunately you couldn’t see the beautiful steak til you knocked off the mountain of fried onion. Some dishes need hight to look pleasant but this one was already laid on top of the bacon mashed potatoes so there was no need for so much fried onion. maybe a little but not that amount. Lastly the tiramisu base on a previous review I had to try it and I have to say one of the best. most restaurants over bare the liquor to much but this was evenly flavored not mushy and tasted fresh. over all the experince and service was great I recommend restaurant epic to everyone.

Perfect for a quick business lunch. Atmosphere reminds me of Seattle. Lunch menu conducive to quicky lunch. My guest had the chicken panini. She loved it. I had the spicy ahi panini. Very good but not excellent. FYI…a little messy. Keep the toothpick on the other end of the panini to keep everything inside and manageable. The ahi was fresh and not overly spicy and not too much spicy dressing that would run down your arms. The panini could have been hotter and more crispy. Maybe it sat on the line for too long and absorbed some of the liquid from the ahi dressing? Choice of salad or fries. I chose salad. Excellent., fresh nalo greens with diced cucumbers and cherry tomatoes. Glad I got the house dressing on the side. Some version of a red pepper-oil vinegrette. Was just o’k . Excellent service!
Good service. Great ribeye. Small and quaint but great venue.
