Phone service is hurting your business. 10/30/14Dear Owner of Acapulco Waipio: I hope it isn’t you answering the phones. I called to ask about pricing and the person that answered should be fired. You are losing money because of him. It was a guy. The time was about 5 pm on 10/30/14. I asked him about pricing and he said he couldn’t tell me. All I needed to know was the average price (roughly) that people spend on a meal. He couldn’t tell me. Fire him. I just might write a letter to the better business bureau for the entire public to see so that people don’t come to your restaurant and get bad service. Find someone polite and that is willing to actually help your customers.
