How do I love thee…. let me count the ways… I love the homemade ginger ale, the delightful coffee blends, the spectacular grab cakes, the savory ribs, the crispy and delicious hash browns, the insanely fluffy and sweet guava chiffon pancakes, and the wonderful service. Oh Cinnamons, youre my favorite!
The guava chiffon pancakes from Cinnamon’s were probably my favorite thing I ate in Hawaii. Unbelievably delicious. They were pretty sweet so I was glad I also ordered the half portion of the Kalua Pork Benedict, which was also really good. They had great coffee too. This place is super popular though, with a small parking lot so finding a space was definitely a hassle and we also had to wait for about 40 minutes to be seated but I would do it a million times over for more of those pancakes.
