Another Chinese restaurant. Mandalay has an express lunch section and a restaurant. I have been to both. The service in the restaurant is really slow during lunch, so expect to dine in leisure. The express lunch section only has 2 tables so mostly it’s for takeout. Their dim sum is good – not too remarkable. It will satisfy your urge for Chinese food but won’t leave too much of an impression.
