Ceviche!. Lucky to notice this spot off the main road in Kaneohe. Soooo lucky. The biggest portion of ceviche I’ve ever been served. Deliciously tangy and tender fish.
Tasty food, good prices. We are staying temporarly in Hawaii in Kaneohe to be exact and found this small cozy place with great tasty food, my wife a very picky person when talk about food, fell in love with this home made taste food, service is fast, prices compare to the other island restaurants are not bad, i got full just with chips and salsa fresca, i would recommend, i don’t remember the name of the plate but what i ate was steak with beans rice and kind of side salad very delicious, also very friendly staff even my 4 years old son fell in love with one of the waitress . great food, good prices great service.
This is not mexican food!!!!. Im not quite sure where most of these people have eatin mexican food but damn, WAS NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL. Flavorless food is what i got. I grew up in new mexico lived around the el paso area. The salsa tasted like tomato paste stewed tomatoes and a hole lot of cylantro. Im gonna stop right here im not wasting my time writing a review on a place this bad. Try El palenque!!!!! NOw thats where you are going to get some good mexican food This is the best kept little secret on oahu for mexican food. This is what i call authentic ( home made tortillas to)!

Gotta try the guacamole made fresh veggies. They offer black beans but the refried beans contain LARD. Rice is made with chicken broth.
Best on the island. I won’t say this place can compete with the family run places back home but it truly is the best here.My favorite is a special that they don’t post anymore, seafood nachos! Order it you won’t be sorry!
