The building and the waitstaff were great. Ambiance, check! Large menu, check! Chips and salsa good, although the salsa was a little thin. Still very tasty. The food, however was a letdown. My chicken fajitas were floating in oil. The veggies, while fresh and plentiful never got to that lovely caramelized stage, and not because I rushed to get them off the plate. The beans were soupy. And overall it was all bland, as were my husbands enchiladas. Maybe were just spoiled by our regular restaurants at home. The food was 3 star. Everything else was 4 to 5, which is why the four star rating.
