This was our very first stop and meal once we got to the BI. Ordered the Island Pancakes and LOVED them!. They were SO good. I’m going to try and re-create them back home. The Staff was very friendly and the food came out very fast. I’d come back here again and would recommend this place.
The waitress recommended that I try their benny and she said that their in-house hollandaise sauce was really good. So I got it but was utterly disappointed. Maybe I’ve just been having really good bennys but it wasn’t all that good. And for the price ($16 for ham and egg benny), I would have expected better.
Really really good kona coffee like back home, a great spot a coffee shop that has a local playing music and it’s on the water as you drink coffee listen to tunes watching the day go by in kona.
Simply Amazing.. Wonderful view, food and service. A perfect place to start your day.
Service is good but food was not worth the prices. You have to walk through the kitchen to use the bathroom, and that is where you see how unclean the kitchen is: really bad. The sweets are very good, but this place is not worth coming back to until they clean the kitchen and make their food better to match the cost.
So so. Cute place, sweet baristas, but unfortunately the cappuccino’s we ordered were bitter. They were very accommodating and remade it, but still no change. We’re coffee snobs so our standard is different than others, but especially when paying over $4.00 a cup we want it right. The food is good.
Great view, blah expensive food. Buy some coffee and enjoy the view.
