Great pizza & pizza rolls, disappointing catch of the day. Marlin was very tough; I could not eat my sandwich. Kale salad and shrimp sandwich were great, though.
Came here initially for the beer but saw the menu and decided to try the food too, lol! I’m glad I did and ended up going back twice more during my stay in Kona. Fish Tacos were awesome, nachos – delicious, and tried a couple different pizzas and both were great! I’d suggest getting a tasting paddle of beer and order some to pair with your meal.
Pizza was delicious. We ordered half hawaiian and half cheeseburger pizza and they were both delicious. The drinks we ordered were really tasty as well. We tried their darker beers as well as their ipa and hefeweizen and all of them were good.
This is the bar and restaurant attached to the brewery. You of course get the best selection of Kona Brewing Co beers on tap. They always have seasonal and special beers. Get a sample and try them 4 at a time. They have a great reputation for their pizzas. We really enjoyed them. They also have a broad menu of island favorites, sandwiches, salads and entrees. There can be really long waits at peak times. Even on a Sunday night there was an hour and a half wait for a table. OTOH, you can probably walk right into the bar and get food and drink there. That’s what we did.
Fabulous midday lunch. I had the pulled pork sandwich with green salad: superb. Worth going back for. I also discovered Black Sand stout, better than draft Guinness and also a brew worth returning to Hawaii for. Excellent food, great beer, pleasant and efficient service. My party of four loved it.
What a great spot, the kona brewing company is awesome great range of beer to go with any taste and the pizza selection is magic loved it a tad $$$ but all in all well worth it
Yummy food! Everyone likes what we ordered. The kids meals are all healthy even the chicken fingers are baked! We appreciated the healthier kids options. The beer flight was a great way to taste different options.
