We used to live in Hilo and this was always our favorite place to eat. When we come back to visit it is our first stop when we get off the plane!!
Nori’s is a BIG dissappointment. Cold food, tough flavorless chicken strips (which they used to be known for) horrible service (slow, unfriendly) and when I say slow I mean slower than any where I’ve ever been. I was sat on a bench seat and my daughter opened the bench seat only to find rat pellets. When I went to the register to pay there was raw meat thawing in a bag right on the table with the serving trays and cups. Please save yourself the negative outcome & feeling after spending a good chunk of change only for crappy food and horrible service.
