Over 30 flavors of snow and over 20 choices of toppings, it's hard to know what you want to try next! Snow Factory Hilo is currently under construction though and is hoping to be opened by mid-October of 2013. Until then, you'll have to try and catch the mobile which appears all over Hilo's many community events if you want to see what all the hype is about!
