Ate the Chorizo dog, it was good as expected. Love the chips that it came with. Good view of the Salt stores.
Went into this shop shortly after it opened after learning they made sandwiches. Found out they in house crafted sausages and made sandwiches from them. They have since added other meals from scratch, using their abilities as butchers to create the cuts of meat used.
If you are looking for a specialty cut of meat or a wide variety of delicious sausage – not store brand names – this is your place. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.
Chuck and his team to a fantastic job with a real local butcher shop with great charcuterie, sandwiches and smoked meat. Gotta go.
