Healthy breads!. Just stopped by Great Harvest in Kahala and was amazed by their whole wheat breads. Being a little health freak, i asked the workers about their honey whole wheat and they told me that they mill their wheat daily and that it only had 5 ingredients, nothing artificial. After getting a free slice of the honey whole wheat, I loved it. Their breads are heavier then most breads, but are absolutely filling. Their staff was great too! very nice people.
