Fantastic Dinner Party. We hosted a 50th anniversary dinner for my parents at Hiroshi and had an amazing meal that satisfied everyone from the locavore foodies (us) to the picky kids. The duo of contemporary sushi was eye opening – a combination of temperatures and textures that we’ve never had. The Ginger scallion Mahi was a hit even with the kids, and the salads and vegetarian offerings were also superb. Our favorite entree was the pan-roasted Opah, but there wasn’t anything bad on the menu.Although we live thousands of miles away, this ranks as one of our favorite restaurants.

The place for foodies. We just ate at Hiroshi’s restaurant. Our experience was great from the moment I called for rsvp’s. The lady on the phone was very helpful. Then when we arrived Cory was our waiter and guided us on our tapas journey. The food is not only great tasting but the presentation is beautiful. The wine was amazing too. We tried 6 small plates and a dessert and that was just right. I will be back next trip to Honolulu.

The servicevwas outstanding (we were there at 6:30 on a Saturday night), and the food was beautifully prepared with creative flavors. We didn’t love all of the things we ordered–we dud live some of them though including the seared scallop and tofu salad. Each tapa is in the $10-$15 range and we ordered 4 things, but you could order less if you ordered one of the $20-$30 entrees. We weren’t impressed the baby abalone but they took it off our bill so we can’t complain. The ambience is nice enough and the parking is convenient in the garage below. They also had a very affordable ($9) wine pairing which went really well with the light Asian flavors of the meal. We will be going back soon.

Raves for Hiroshi!. This is a really special place. We think Hiroshi’s is THE place in Honolulu for foodies and wine lovers!! The tapas plates were perfectly presented, with incredible taste variations and accompanied by excellent wines. The fusion of Japanese and Pacific Rim-style food makes this restaurant really special. The service was top-notch, our waiter was very knowledgeable and quite charming. All-in-all one of our top dining experiences anywhere. .

Great Tapas. We tried there course meal with the pairing wines and I have to tell its a great idea if you sit on the bar if you ask why? well you can tell the bartender that the wine doesnt go well and he may give you another one to try with your food. Of course bartenders always give you samples of cocktails so dont forget to tip you bartender. It gets busy around 6 so go early for the Happy Hour Special.
