Don’t let the exterior fool you! This is gourmet gastrogrub, per a couple of foodies. 5 small plates, 5 wonders. Our favorite, the blackened fish sliders! Amazing! Awesome beer too!
Kate was our server, she did a great job. The service was upbeat and friendly. Staff should be proud of their culture of smiling faces. Food was excellent had fish and chips which is near the best I have ever had. The beer selection is world class. Draft beer was fresh. I wish we did not have to go back to North Carolina . Keep up the great work
Great food, food is very well thought out and prepared. Great selection of beer too! Love that it’s not in a mall or resort
Wonderful, trend setting Pub creatively showcasing the quality of America’s Craft Brewers. Excellent menu designed to pair with your beer selection with a kitchen staff and friendly servers that enjoy seeing satisfied guests..
4get about it! A snobs paradise. Casual busy pub feel, great live music, endless list of delicious beers, & the epitome of gastropub! I want to eat and drink here daily
BACON!!!!. That’s all I can say about the place! Normally I’m not a fan of the whole small plate/tapas trend that seems to have taken the foodie world by storm, but this place was the exception. Not only is it one of the few places where I can get a hard cider on draft that isn’t your average Woodchuck, but the menu is phenomenal for what it is. The chicken and waffles are quite good, as are the lobster deviled eggs and poutine. However, for me the star of the show was their bacon cheesecake…. yes, bacon cheesecake. Imagine a crust held together with bacon fat, huge pieces of bacon folded into the cheesecake batter, covered in a maple glaze and topped off with a honking slab of bacon….truly one of the more unique things I have come across. Get there early though…seats fill up quickly!
Try the chicken & waffles. It rivals the best.
