New Years Eve 2014 and they were at the new Maui Brewing Co. location in Keihi. I got the crab cake balls with fries. Not just any fried substance with fries I can tell you. The crab cake balls themselves were fried but still light enough I could taste the crab, onion, and seasonings. They came on fresh fries with a homemade lemon aoli sauce that complemented the crab very well. It was a bit over powering at times but still very tasty.My new Hubs had the shrimp pasta. Let’s just say we could both live off of this dish and be happy. Homemade pasta… Let’s say that again, homemade pasta (and you CAN taste it!) with fresh firm shrimp. They are tossed with basil, cherry tomatoes, and ground pepper in a wonderful Alfredo sauce that will not kill you but accents the flavours of the other ingredients. Great food. I cannot wait to try their other items.
