Hung Won reborn. The last time we went to Hung Won was late last year. Their food was always popular with us and our friends and family. This past week we went in to find an updated restaurant with a display of thier roast duck and roast pork for sale. We had a plane to catch with limited time. We ordered oyster sauce chicken cake noodle and beef bittermelon. The food came out qucikly and at first taste were very surprised. The cake noodle, light and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, was the best we have ever had anywhere and the chicken and beef bittermelon was perfectly done and not overseasoned. The food was good before, but now it’s really good. Apparently the restaurant has new owners since late March 2014. We are anxious to go back to try other items.
