A very dry omelette at Kenny’s. There was a long wait for a dining stool at Liliha Bakery, so we went to Kenny’s for breakfast. My friend’s ahi and eggs were OK, but my over-cooked egg mish/mosh had no fresh veggies and gooey yellow cheese. Service was brisk and pleasant.
Overpriced for quality. We came with high expectations after a referral. Our favorite the Hungry Lion closed, so we’re looking for good diner food. After scouring the menu for some that cost less than 7 bux for breakfast, I settled on the polish sausage and eggs that was on the 15% off menu. it should have been on the 40% off menu. I ordered my eggs over medium, they came out over easy and super runny. The sausage was ok but not very hot. the best part was the white rice and even that was luke warm at best. My partner ordered the canadian bacon and eggs (over medium) and they were slightly more cooked than mine but not by much. He said his highlight was the hash browns. All in we paid 17 which is not bad in Honolulu but the quality and value just weren’t there. We’ll keep looking for a good diner…
Service was terrible. I ordered the French dip for $8.99 and it was terrible. Portion was so small I went to mc donalds after to order a burger
