Terrible service. Waited for an hour for my food, didn’t see the waiter once. Ended up leaving before it got to the table. People who came in after me got their food, ate, and left. I will never return to this restaurant.

Review of Little Saigon in Windward City Shopping Center. Food and service is great! Very clean place to sit and dine. Enjoyable place to be.
A Pretty Place to Eat So-So Food. My overall opinion is that the restaurant itself is nice, very clean and well decorated. The service, while friendly, needs to be worked on as far as speed of food delivery and correct orders being served, as our food came out far apart and patrons who came after us were getting their food before us. The food is a toss up. Half of what we had was good, half wasn’t. I don’t recommend any of their spring rolls. We tried both vegetarian and pork, and both were a huge disappointment. For nearly $4 each order, we were served two, thin, small rolls lacking in flavor and substantial filling. Now, the pho was pretty good, minus the oddly shaped, tough, chewy chicken breast meat. My recommendation is that this is an ok restaurant to visit if you like pho (skip the chicken and try beef), but if you are looking for more food for your buck, a lot more flavor and quick, friendly service, head down Kamehameha hwy to Saigon Noodle House and get your fill.
GREAT PHO, KANEOHE HI!. Little Saigon in the Windward City Shopping Center in Kaneohe is a great find. Wonderfully tasty yet healthy preparation. These folks take pride in the quality of their food. The soup stock for the pho was wonderful as only long and careful prep can produce – and as tasty as it was, no fat floating floating on the soup. All vegetables were very fresh and carefully cleaned. Lovely furniture,decor, very clean, warm and friendly service and to top it off – really inexpensive – doesn’t get any better. Definitely a winner and place to return to over and over again.
Pho!. This place just opened a few months ago and I’ve been there a few times since that… The food is delicious, the people are nice and the restaurant is very pretty. The chicken cooked in coconut juice is so delicious! This place is really nice to take your family or friends or that special someone I guess… Its nice…
