We went on a Thursday evening and were immediately seated. The food was excellent and the wine selection is fantastic. The waiter was pretty friendly and pleasant but disappeared for long stretches at a time. The sunset view is great and overall, I had a lovely time.
The food and service here are excellent. Grilled Mahi Mahi and the short ribs were absolutely delicious!! We topped the meal off with the homemade donuts topped with fruity pebbles and an amaretto coffee…we highly recommend! Casual restaurant with a great view of the harbor during sunset.
After many times of driving past, tonight was the first time we decided to try this restaurant. What a great decision it was! The dishes that we ordered were the calamari, grilled sweet corn, lobster and shrimp red curry, and a baked potato. Everything was delicious, the service was excellent, and I really only have 2 small complaints. The baked potato had too much sour cream on it (next time we will ask for it on the side) and their beer list was a little lacking for my taste. Everything else totally made up for it though. Oh! And come at sunset. The view is beautiful. We have family coming to visit in the fall, and we have already decided to bring them here.
Went for the first time for a sunset drink. Excellent wine fairly priced and great service. Came back next weekend 3:45 PM for a late lunch. We were told that we could stand at this great big bar which had only two occupied seats and no other chairs. We were then given the option to stand at a table (again without chairs) in a nearly empty dining room that we were told was being prepared for dinner and we therefore could not sit in those seats! We informed them that their competition on the other side of the bridge and across the road would seat us, serve us and gladly take our money. We won’t be back.
