Went on Nov 8. Tacos were amazing. The fish was cooked perfect.
Great food, service and environment! In the five days we have been in the area we’ve eaten there twice! Food taste very fresh and so full of flavor! Even just their salsa has amazing flavor. Had one of their spiced hibiscus margaritas that I fully enjoyed! Entrees are big enough to share if you have an appetizer as well. Carnitas are so so good – not the typical flavor you’d expect but very good! If I could make one suggestion it would be to serve black beans instead of refried beans.
I spent some money. But can I say I was blown away but the fantastic service we had. The food was amazing and the vibe was great on a Wednesday night. I will be coming back whenever I come to Hawaii.
Good drinks bad food. Honestly everything we got to eat was bad. The fish was dry. One half of the full rack of ribs had been reheated a few times to the point it was shoe leather. The carnetas were stewed. The street corn was not edible and the rice and beans were packaged and bland. This was, by far, the worst food of our trip to Hawaii.
The fish tacos are retarded good!!
Great place to eat. Got the chips and salsa right when we sat down. Food came not much later, which was fresh and delicious. Filled up our drinks before they got half empty.
Very good tequila selection. I enjoyed my chicken quesadilla with plenty of cheese, fresh chopped cilantro, onions, peppers and avocado. Frequently Mexican restaurants here use canned versions. The salsa verde was fresh made. Tortilla chips not so much.
