I stopped at Cafe Morey’s while walking back to Waikiki from Diamond Head, It was an excellent choice. I had a poke bowl and a beer. The fish was very fresh and the rest of the dish had a lot of flavor.

Enjoyed Delicious eggs benedict with salad and fries. You have to be lucky to find parking. It gets busy and crowded fast. You have to ask about their Senior discount and or kamaina discount.

Stopped here briefly for a quenching drink after hiking on Diamond Head. A very cute restaurant with a good vibe, we only had the Iced Lemon Tea so we can’t vouch for the food. The servers were very friendly.

Most delicious pancakes and coffee that I’ve ever had in my life!! Please take me back just for this!

Tucked into a small commercial strip at the base of Diamond Head, the passing traffic, wide open windows, and constant stream of patrons make for an immersive experience. Breakfast options are creative and tasty. Highlights are the waffle and pancake variations.

Nice quiet slow pace place for breakfast. Atmosphere is relaxing. Baguette French toast is light and eggy. Carb fried rice is very tasty. Coffee is good (free with entree for kama’aina). Parking is very limited.

Walking back from Diamond Head, we heard live music. Stopped in to find wonderful brunch, a terrific musician named Ben Vegas and happy hour on Kona Longboard Ale. I highly recommend this place.
