Personally o dont like cream or mayo based sauces, I know most people love em, so I couldnt really enjoy it here because its already mixed into the slaw. That being said the fish was good and the shrimp taco was delicious once I squeezed out all of the sauce.
DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUDE AND ABUSIVE MANAGER. On more than one occasion I have asked for an extra salad dressing and a side of their pesto sauce. Last night, for at least the 4th or 5th time, they only gave me 1 dressing and no pesto. Twice they have delivered with no salad dressing at all. I order from them at least 3 times a week. I ordered today, asked for 1 carafe of pesto, offered to pay for it, and the manager called Aloha To Go and said he refused to complete the order because I said something about the missing pesto in the past. Last night the Aloha To Go driver and I opened all food and NO PESTO, even though I asked for it and offered to pay for it. I order from them through Aloha To Go at least 3 times a week, and the manager simply said he doesn’t care about repeat customers, he doesn’t like the fact I said something (not rude, not insulting) about the many times they have not completed the order and he refused to deliver to me again. This is the FIRST TIME I have complained on Yelp, but with a manager telling a regular customer he doesn’t about their business over a carafe of pesto I offer to pay for is simply disgusting. I know they do a lot of business, so they can afford to care, but for a manger to react this way and refuse when I ask for $0.75 of food and OFFER TO PAY FOR IT is the worst service I’ve received.DO NOT CONSIDER YOURSELF IMPORTANT TO THIS RESTAURANT if you’re a regular customer. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT HOW MUCH VOLUME THEY DO. THEY DO NOT CARE IF YOU ORDER 3-5 DAYS A WEEK LIKE I HAVE. I wasn’t rude in my request, I simply said my request for a side of pesto that I’ll pay for has been missed in the past the driver from Aloha To Go confirmed they forgot AGAIN last night. What happened to customer service and caring about Ohana and locals.THESE GUYS DON’T CARE HOW OFTEN YOU SPEND MONEY, THEY ONLY CARE THAT YOU SPEND MONEY. I 100% SUGGEST YOU DON’T BECOME ANOTHER SUCKER LIKE ME AND ORDER FROM THEM!!!!
