If you are on vacation children, great place to go.

Mac Grill In Paradise. Same Macaroni you know from elsewhere but at Hawaii prices. Great service last night, good wine selection, great flatbread. Good choice if you want a familiar comfort meal away from the resorts.

Look…it’s Mac Grill in paradise. The service was fast and the server was friendly. Food was good and price decent. In a pinch a good choice.

We ordered a very basic no frills dinner off the take out menu on a Tues night. Service was very slow and salad was warm because it was packed with the hot food. Much better choices than this restaurant.

Second night on the island. The bread and salad were good. We ordered the lobster ravioli. Lobster was cold, tough and not fresh. Will not return here during our stay.

Stuck in Time. Things are really hopping at the Grill at 8:30 PM on a Saturday night. Quoted a 30 minute wait and actually got seated in 15 minutes. People after me were quote a 45 minute wait and were not up to the challenge. The worst wait though was waiting for the food. I felt my facial hair growing and needed a shave by the time I paid the bill. Seem to me that if they were more on top of their game, they could serve more people and keep them happy. The waitress blamed the chef for the delay. I would blame management for not getting their stuff together after all of these years and all of the same complaints. The salad was actually the best aprt of the meal — Great Blue and Bib. The eggplant was OK. Actually my daughter had Mom’s meatballs which was quite good. We couldn’t stand the addition wait and pain for desert.

Only thing that impressed us ea the tiramisu! Service at lunch was mediocre and the food was mediocre carraba’s knockoff! Not happy customer especially for price!
