Breakfast was ok. Standard fare and prices. Do not let this stop you from going in. The bread and pastries are wonderful. Add this to the fact that between 8pm and 11pm you can go to the back door and purchase warm fresh bread with all the fixings and you know you will miss out if you don’t go!
Not to be missed. If you’re in Molokai you are ready to see parts of Hawaii off the beaten path. The bread here is legendary especially amongst the locals on all of the islands. When I told friends I was visiting Molokai I was immediately given an order to buy lots of goods from the bakery. Everybody knows about it, everybody knows how good it is, but sometimes Molokai is difficult to get to. You need to go here if you are on Molokai. Their bread really is special.
Sinful!. Our group did the Kanemitsu run one night. One member of our party, order 2 of the blueberry and cream cheese loaves. One never made it out of the ally!If you get a chance to experience it, please do. You will have to go down an alley to get to the hot, fresh bread, but it is worth it. They have more lights strung so you can see them better. The Works bread was da bomb, but any of them are delicious. You start out being all conservative and graciously tear from the outside, but once you hit that middle with the warm, tasty filling, something takes over and manners go out the window! We recommend this place and can’t wait for our next trip to Moloka’i for some more!
