Stopped by for lunch after visiting Greenwell Coffee farm.A fun place, playfully decorated in the rebel surfer style. Excellent selection of sandwiches, burgers, salads. My wife had a burger which was well prepared with lots of different topics. My ahi tuna fish sandwich was delicious, great spices on the fish, very tasty. We also had a side of loaded fries, served with crispy pepperoni and shaved parmesan, which was all around delicious; Im generally not a big fan of pepperoni, but these were this and crispy, a great complement to the French fries. Most highly recommended. talk-a-vino.com

A real treat south of Kona! I had the Black pepper shrimp, and shared the pepperoni garlic fries. The GF ordered the curry with shrimp and ono. Both dishes were very bright and flavorful, tasting fresh with a nice layer of heat! Well enjoyed with a local beer from Hilo. The freis were good with an interesting twist of crispy pepperoni’s but lacked much galric flavor. Other than the $57.44 which is a bit on the high side for lunch, we were very happy. Wished we could have visited for dinner,. There’s always next time!

Nice lunch. Not inexpensive, but the food was prepared with luv as the sign says. We had pepper shrimp, cheese steak, split pea soup and lilikoi cheese cake. The pepper shrimp and veggies was ok, but not remarkable. The cheese steak was very good. The split pea was nice but it had an unusual spice that my wife was not fond about. The lilikoi cheese cake was the star for me. Graham cracker crust, lilikoi and a sour cream topping made it special. Enjoyed it all with overboard IPA. GREAT!
