Ridiculously overpriced! Had I known before we ate I would have never gone here
Seriously disappointing. This is the main restaurant at the Sheraton Keauhou Resort. We were disappointed with the meal. While the food was not bad, it was not properly prepared (we asked for rare steak and tuna, both came well-done). Moreover, some of the dish flavors were seriously mismatched – coffee ice cream with pineapple salsa? Really? For the prices (should be $$$$ in my opinion) Kai is a poor value. Get off the resort and try something local – it will probably be better.
