4got the flour tortillas on the delivery fajita order…food good but cold & had 2 wait another 40 mins 4 the tortillas 2 arrive ;-( check ur orders!!

This is some of the worst Mexican food I’ve ever had. Yes, it’s fun to go have a margarita and eat Mexican food while on vacation… But do yourself a favor and cook your own. This is Hawaii afterall… How good could the mexican food be?
Amigos is a very good mexican restront. They have really fast service as well as salsa which i thought was pretty cool. The food is just ok but still pretty good

No bueno Amigo. Ok… So we went to Amigo’s based on our love for good Mexican food, and their stellar reviews on this site.Granted the islands do not have a plethora of Mexican options, but come on people!!! The stale chips and uninspiring salsa should have been our cue to make a run for the border, but we stuck it out for the entre. The tacos were among the worst I have had, the meat was not freshly prepared, and they were covered with tired & soggy ghetto lettuce. The veggie taco’s were beans (if I had to guess I would say Rosarita’s) covered with more ghetto lettuce. All in all, a very unimpressive meal, maybe a notch above Taco Bell in terms of the quality of the food (I should say that the service was great.)That said, if you are in Kihei and craving a GOOD mexican meal… Fly, sail or swim to kauai and hit Monico’s Taqueria!
Great food. Didn’t expect to find great Mexican food in Maui but Amigo’s has it. The Shrimp Seveche is excellent. Seldom when doing the tourist thing do I go to the same place twice but I’ve been here two times.
