Off the beaten track but well worth the visit!A big menu of fresh seafood, but known for their famous Poke Bowls (poke means to slice or cut in Hawaiian and refers to cubes of raw, marinated fish – Mauis beloved version of sashimi). They offer four different types of Yellowfin Ahi where most places only offer two or three: Furikake (Japanese seaweed seasoning), Shoyu (sesame oil and soy sauce), Wasabi, and Spicy Tuna served with a side of seaweed salad and steamed white rice. Mmmm. Insanely fresh and delicious. The fish and chips are also excellent.
Great local spot, slightly off the touristas track. As a person who can’t always finish my meal I was surprised of how much of this delicious food I could eat. One of the few restaurants I’ve left wishing I could have eaten everything on the menu. Cute, quaint, and a local feel.
