Disappointed. Maybe we set our expectations too high went we went by earlier to view the menu & make a reservation. At any rate, the servers are young & personable but need some training. We had to wait way too long to place a drink order, although there were plenty of available staff wondering about. Then later we had to wait way too long for our check as well. Overall, the food was bland. Caesar Salads to start, then Linguini with Clams & Beef Carpaccio for our main courses. All not horrible, just bland. The Garlic Bread side was the exception, and was very good. Perhaps they excel at pizza, but unfortunately we will not go back to find out. Too many other restaurants in the Wailea area to check out.
We decided to pick up pizza for dinner. Pizza was okay, thin crust, could have used more toppings and the pepperoni was cut so thin it was pretty crispy. One of the pizza’s was a gluten free crust, the crust was over cooked, which made the pizza very dry. It was still tasty pizza though.We did pick up some bakery items that included a gluten free cheesecake, apple pie and a peanut butter cake. They were all very delicious.
