Awesome BBQ joint! It’s in such a fun little area across the parking lot from a couple dive bars. We ate everything on the menu and weren’t disappointed. Food was quick, service was awesome and drinks were plentiful. Thoroughly enjoyed Fat Daddy’s, it gets my recommendation!
If you’re not about to burst because you haven’t told anyone you’re a vegan in 0.3 seconds, then this is the place for you. They have a wide variety of meats with great side dishes. I suggest going in a group and ordering the sampler dish that includes all the different kinds of meats that they offer. Only thing I wasn’t a fan of was their corn bread. Personally did not enjoy the sweetness and mouth feel of it.

Very disappointing. I was looking for something hotter, sweeter, and more filling. I had the beans as a side… more like bean soup. The brisket was two skinny slices which looked more like bacon. A poor excuse for bbq.
The food is delicious and the portions are HUGE! I burnt very badly on the beach, and the server brought me half a dozen Aloe Vera leaves to take home! Beyond thankful! He saved me a lot of pain and one could say saved a part of my vacation actually!
Admittedly I search for good smokehouses and most are not as advertised. This one IS A TRUE SMOKEHOUSE! The meat was excellent and tender and the sides were way over the top–better sides than I’ve ever had at a smokehouse. They were creative and had explosive flavor. We had Brisket and Pulled Pork and Spicy Garlic Beans, Coleslaw, Mac & Cheese, and–get ready–Blue Cheese Balsamic & Green Apple Coleslaw. YUM! I had a hard time finding the place but stopped the car and followed the smoke smell–really–that got us there. This place is THAT good.
