Great lunch buffet. Typical natural health food store with all its assortment of produce, grocery, dairy, supplements and health and beauty products. In the center aisle is a buffet: salad bar, hot meals and soup. Savory, fresh and healthy items you can purchase and eat outside by the oceanfront steps away.
This store is very over priced. The day I visited all of the dairy was less than a week until it’s expiry date. Also the produce was very un ripe and most of it wasn’t local. I bought a red pepper and brought it home to find the centre was moldy. Better off hitting the farmers market!

Lunch Bar. The best lunch bar in a small healthfood location. Great Prices on the Hana Fresh product. This is a must for the locals.
