This place was amazing! We had the chicken satay, Caesar salad, pizza, chicken breast, apple dessert and chocolate brownie (we were hungry!). It was all delicious! Give it a try for sure!!
Delicious gluten free pizza!!. So nice to find a place on vacation that knows about cross contamination. Food was delicious!

Excellent find! Completely gluten free – they make their own very delicious sauces, salad dressings, bread and bread crumbs. We had the special appetizer of Pepper Jack bread sticks – best cheese sticks I’ve had. The mixed green salad was fresh and so tasty. We had a large pizza (which is guaranteed leftovers if sharing between two – it’s a big pizza) and did half deli and half Polynesian. The Polynesian was just so delicious! We must go back for their dessert menu – homemade pies, cookies.
Great job. For those wanting a healthier option or those NEEDING a gluten free option, Maui Brick Oven is perfect. The pizza does not taste gluten free. It is far superior to any chain options that have a GF pizza crust option. The sauce and toppings are fresh and tasty. And, the deserts are actually to die for … whether you are GF or not. We dined with them twice over a week and tried pizza and their fish and chips plus two desert options. Everything was wonderful. Highy rrecommended.
