Absolutely PERFECT rice. Anyone who knows sushi knows that it is all in the rice and the chef here is a perfectionist. The selection of rolls is limited and there are only 3 specialty rolls (the spicy salmon roll is the best), however, the nigiri is to die for. The service is not so great (it’s the only thing that is preventing me giving it 5/5 stars). The wait for food is a little long (depending on how many guests are in the restaurant) because their is only one chef, however, for me, it was worth it.

There were only about 10 people in the establishment at the time. Not what I call good service….. Only one sushi chef on duty apparently!
