Simply put, the food here is delicious. If we were to come back here a 3rd time, we’d make sure to come before sunset because the views from the restaurant are up on a hill and would be stunning while the sun sets. Parking here is easy and free if you drive yourself. We actually ordered the same thing both nights. We ordered the Kale Caesar salad, Snapper, and Short Rib Bolognese. All were superb. The salad was light, well balanced, fresh, and tasty. The snapper was juicy, served over a tasty yogurt based sauce, and the tempura string beans on top melted in your mouth. The bolognese was hearty and absolutely delicious. You can tell all their ingredients are high quality. The service was also friendly and attentive. Shout out to Samson, who was actually the bus boy each night. He was an absolute pleasure because he would not let our water fall below being half full, and was always there when we needed something. The servers were professional and attentive as well. Even though we only tried 3 dishes on the menu, all indications are their other entrees will not disappoint. It was the best meal we had on our trip to Maui island. If you are in the Wailea area on your trip to Maui, make a reservation here!
