We loved the whole presentation from food to dancing from several cultures. The drinks were tasty and as plentiful as you could want. Service was very good ….responsive, prompt, and friendly. They also offered seconds and more as my grandson had 3different plates of kalua pig. I highly recommend this luau!
Amazing gluten free feast from beginning to end!!! Best ever food and evening. Highly recommend!! Ask for haupia for dessert…. Yumm!
The most amazing luau food I have ever had! The backdrop to the stage is the Pacific Ocean and the Island of Lanai. You have to come here if you are on Maui!!!
This way a very cool event. The show was great and the people were extremely friendly. The four courses were well prepared and very well presented. All salads we ate we’re pretty delicious. The best main course was the roAst pig in the first course. Overall the food was pretty good. My wife and I had a hreat time.
Good show, disappointing food. I was so excited for the Feast at Lele. I wanted a luau type show but with high quality food. Everything was done well….the setting, the show was nice and it was beautiful. The problem was the food. I like seafood but everything was so fishy. I could smell the fishiness as the food sat on the tray waiting for the server to give us our plate. There were a few dishes that tasted good. The salad with asparagus and marinated vegetables was really good. Even the dessert was not good. The tart was overly sweet and grainy. I feel bad but I was so disappointed in the food. For over $200 for my husband and I, so not worth it! Beware to anyone who does not like seafood.
Fabulous!. We have been coming to Maui for 20 years, but this was our first luau. We had friends who came along with us and we knew this was their one and only trip to Hawaii, so we had to do a luau. We picked Lele because we like that it was not a buffet and that you sat at indvidual tables instead of a group seating. The food was really great and well presented. The service was fabulous – really, really attentive and very friendly. The show was amazing! They really enjoy what they are doing and it comes across in every performers face.Would highly recommend going to this luau!
Great variety, tasty drinks, excellent show. The only snag: our waiter was slow bringing our drinks (like, pretty slow). Other tables he waited didn’t seem to have this problem, so it’s not him, but I’m not sure what it was…Just about every course had us eating more than we should have (evidence: I wanted a wheelbarrow to take me home… my gut was going to explode). The kalua pork was so nice, moist, and salty (higher salt that I’m used to in my food, but it worked with this dish). The fish dishes were good, salads were tasty and fresh, the drinks were delicious (we fell in love with the Lava Flow)… there’s maybe just dessert that was a bit more average, but not bad. I also determined that I don’t like poi. Oh well. The costumes/traditional dress (?) are lovely and the dances seemed well-coordinated (enough for this non-expert). We were fortunately seated in the front row, nearly dead center (I booked early). The orchid lei we each got was also beautiful and lasted nearly the whole week we were in Maui.I’d recommend this to anyone who wants a more intimate luau sans the fussy children or buffet line-ups. I chose it because it seemed to present the best value food-wise (in terms of qualilty… I’m leery of buffets… dried out or congealed food doesn’t make me happy).
